At Tough Duck, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
